Oz Va'Ruach
The Oz Va'Ruach (Bravery and Spirit) program has been founded to provide injured service members with the most comprehensive professional and personal support framework on their path to meaningful integration into the Israeli employment sphere.
Innovation Center
Sakhnin
An ambitious economic growth engine, this health and med-tech innovation center was designed to encourage entrepreneurship and innovation in the Sakhnin Valley, through the recently launched MEDX Xelerator, and the health and life sciences industrial park that is currently in planning.
Lotus
Daliyat Al-Karmel
This unique and thoughtfully crafted program provides Orthodox Druze women with deep tech training, significant employment opportunities, mentoring and support – all within a remote, women-only ‘safe space’ inside their village.
Fursa
The Fursa program recruits outstanding computer science graduates from the Arab community, trains and prepares them for specific high-demand roles, and places them into desirable, entry-level positions in the Israeli high-tech industry.
Beyond Dev
With the aim of placing non-STEM Arab university graduates into well-paying QA and QA automation positions, this program selects, reskills and places talented graduates, supporting them throughout their first year of employment.

With the aim of creating quality employment opportunities in the tech industry for Bedouin women, the Samana program identifies talented candidates and provides them with the skills and environment required to launch a career in QA and QA automation for ERP and CRM systems.
5-TECH
Kafr Yasif
5-Tech offers a unique solution that benefits both talented individuals and employers. By focusing on added value rather than social responsibility, the program provides employers access to a highly skilled pool of graduates, mostly after military service, who are trained to meet their specific needs.

Rahat
Athar, a groundbreaking initiative, aims to empower Academic Bedouin women from the Negev and integrate them into the thriving high-tech industry. Through a meticulously designed 400-hour bootcamp, Athar equips participants with the essential skills and knowledge to excel in roles such as automation and QA engineers.
Tora V’daat
Jerusalem
In cooperation with the Hebrew University, the innovative Tora v’Daat program provides academic, social and financial support to ultra-Orthodox Jewish men studying towards their BSc degree in computer science, and places them in leading global tech firms.
Resala Tech
Resala-tech, established by Lotus NGO, is driven by a vision to expand technological and educational opportunities within the Druze and Arab communities in Israel. The program centers on challenge-based learning and the development of technological thinking and entrepreneurship among middle and high school students and educators.
